Strawberry Picking

We took a detour on the way to Lake Oconee and picked some strawberries near Athens. Leona and Minnie were professionals and filled their buckets. Julia filled her bucket rapidly and then sat down for a break. They were delicious and mom made some yummy pies.

 

 

Julia’s Birthday

We celebrated Julia’s birthday a couple of times. By the end she got the hang of opening presents. She was most thrilled with singing the birthday song.

I can’t believe she is two. She is still as sweet, as cuddly and as beautiful as ever.

Lake Oconee Fun

It’s that time of year again. We’ve been spending as much time as possible at Lake Oconee. We’ve had a wet spring but we’ve still had a lot of fun with friends and family.
